This is the update of the meeting held on February 15, 2013. The election process had a hitch because the two people interested in occupying the post of state coordinator were not at the meeting. The house agreed not to nominate anyone in absentia. Likewise, the post of special duties officer was reserved for student membership. Below is the comprehensive list of those unanimously elected.
